Are your products made to order?

Yes. Our products are 3D printed to order in Brighton, UK, so each item is made specifically for you.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order. You will receive an email when it is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over £40. Otherwise shipping charges are shown at checkout. We ship within the UK and internationally, and international shipping takes 2-7 days once dispatched. See our shipping policy for full details, including import duties and taxes.

Can I return an item?

Returns are covered by our refund policy. Please note that custom products, such as special orders and personalised items, cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Can you make something custom or to different measurements?

Many of our listings are open to custom measurements. Send us the details through our contact page and we will let you know what is possible.

What are your products made from?

Most of our fursuit parts and keychains are printed in PLA+, a tougher and more flexible alternative to standard PLA. Some models, such as our space models, topographic maps and the Hydra dragon, are printed in resin. The material is stated on each product page.

How are eye blanks finished?

Our eye blanks are deburred and sanded where required to ensure a smooth finish. Check the product page for sizes, and note that listed measurements are the full width, not the eye hole width.
