Was able to get the eyes changed to 70mm when i mis-ordered 60mm!! Shipping was 2 days over the estimated which is perfectly fine tbh especially given the other reviews of long waits, they didnt take too long at all!! Great quality eyes! As someone who is currently making their first somewhat mq fursuit head, I was trying to find the perfect local seller who was well priced + no tariffs! Came just as expected and size is perfect! A little issue with delivery but seller is really nice and responded with an explanation as to why, will definitely buy again in the future!

Continued to ignored me once Etsy gave a refund (bc he didn’t reply) I kept asking for help because I did actually want the item! just so sad because this was integral for an event and I kept reaching out only to be ignored ):

Was a bit concerned with the other reviews, but the package was just late by ~6 days. Seller responded in 48hrs to my concerns of my package being late, turns out there were delays. Not their fault! Item is perfect! Don't hesitate to buy from this seller if you have time :)
The quality of the item is brilliant, it feels sturdy, smooth and exceeded my expectations in terms of its description.
The customer service however wasn’t great. The item was expected to arrive within a week, but arrived more than a week late. When I contacted the seller to ask about the delivery, he took a week to reply.
Overall amazing product, high quality. But poor customer service.

Item hast arrived yet but looks great quality! I did ask for when my order may come and i didnt get a response from the seller, afew days later i then got a letter (from royal mail) asking me to pay the shipping fee despite the seller saying it was free shipping (as i live in england aswell) its now coming later then expected.. worth it for the item but not worth it for the hassle of the shipping.
Unfortunately my order got lost in transit, but seller was great to work with regarding this and holds no fault!! Would recommend based on customer service experience :)
