I ordered the mask in March with delivery to Romania and I didn't receive anything on May 27th. The initial delivery was supposed to be by April 8th at the latest. Unserious seller. I hope I can get my money back. Don't order from here.
Great product, the only bad point is that the jaw is dropping too easily, no resistance.
Before we even got the item we waited two weeks before it was actually shipped, after one week we asked kindly when it would be shipped out since we were planning to use it as soon as it arrived, the seller told me they'd ship it out the next day, they failed to, so I decided to message them after a few days. No response, I waited until the second week mark to attempt and cancel, but that encouraged them to finally ship it out, Glad I had to wait two weeks and try and cancel before I finally got my order. When the base arrived it seemed okay, but theres some problems with the design of of it, such as the eyelids comong too close inside the mask, they will hit your face if your head is too big. Awful customer service all around, I won't be back.

Print came out good and solid. Shipping took long, and package was fairly damaged upon arrival, thankfully the base was well padded and wrapped. One small crack on the nose but nothing a bit of glue can't fix. Fantastic product.
its amazing and i was so happy to see it. but, the jaw makes a squeaky sound. but besides that,it is SO high quality!

The head looks amazing and I think they did an amazing job making this. My only drawbacks are that delivery was slow, and the outer package was slightly damaged, but, they at least packed it securely so it wouldn't get damaged, and it came in in-tact with no damages.
Amazing! Got pictures with it, and finished the head, took it out for Halloween. Everyone loved her. I RECOMMEND IT!!
